These Terms of Service apply when you visit, use or make a purchase from the Heat & Pulse online store. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Heat & Pulse.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that you have under Swedish law or applicable European Union consumer protection law.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products to you.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your email address, billing information and delivery information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3. PRODUCTS
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device used to view the website.
Minor variations that do not affect the normal function of a product may occur.
Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated when necessary.
We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for sale.
4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
After you place your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected; or
- we are unable to deliver the order to the specified destination.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
Nothing in this section affects rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
5. PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
The price displayed for the product is the price payable by the customer unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
For consumer purchases, applicable VAT is included in the displayed price unless clearly stated otherwise.
Standard shipping is included in the product price and is not charged separately at checkout.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other authorised payment providers. Their own payment terms and privacy practices may also apply.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to destinations within the European Union where delivery is available through our store.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking information will be provided when the order has been shipped where tracking is available.
Standard shipping is included in the product price.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Heat & Pulse remains responsible for the goods during transport until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions under consumer law.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly at:

Where the product is faulty, damaged during delivery or incorrect, Heat & Pulse will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
9. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to stop the order before shipment, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by this section.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including the Heat & Pulse name, branding, original text, graphics, photographs, videos and design elements, belongs to Heat & Pulse or is used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
You may view and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, sell, republish, distribute or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain functionality, services or links provided by third parties.
These may include payment providers, delivery companies, social media services or other external websites.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of independent third-party websites.
When using a third-party service, that provider's own terms and privacy policy may apply.
12. SHOPIFY
Our online store uses Shopify's technology.
Purchases made through the Heat & Pulse store are transactions between you and Heat & Pulse.
Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure but is not the seller of Heat & Pulse products.
13. PRIVACY
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Shopify and other service providers may process information where necessary to provide services such as hosting, checkout, payment processing and order administration.

14. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND OTHER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, comment, photograph or other content to Heat & Pulse, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
You must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive or infringing material.
If we ask to use customer-created photographs, videos or other material for marketing outside the context in which it was submitted, we will obtain appropriate permission where required.
15. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date.
Occasionally information may contain typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect availability information or other mistakes.
We may correct genuine errors and update information.

We aim to keep the Heat & Pulse website available and functioning correctly.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Temporary website unavailability does not affect rights relating to orders already placed.
18. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights concerning defective goods, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heat & Pulse is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
19. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as serious transport disruption, natural disasters, major infrastructure failures, government restrictions or comparable events.
If such an event significantly affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and find an appropriate solution.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
21. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country within the European Union, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable to you that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using any court or dispute-resolution procedure available under applicable law.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, describe the terms governing the use of the Heat & Pulse online store and purchases made through it.
Where a mandatory provision of consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory consumer law takes precedence.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when necessary, for example because of changes to our services, business operations or legal requirements.
The version applicable to a purchase is normally the version in effect when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Material changes affecting existing rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
