14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at info@heatandpulse.life within the 14-day period. Please include your name, order number and the product you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions.
After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.
Condition of Returned Products
You may examine the product as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and function.
Please return the product complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the return is packaged securely.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Refunds
We will refund the amount paid for the returned product within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Standard delivery is included in the product price and is not charged separately. There is therefore no separate outbound delivery charge on the order to refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.
If the product is faulty, damaged during delivery or incorrect, Heat & Pulse will cover the reasonable return cost and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
